This cabin will be approximately 2,200 square feet and will sleep 10 people. Donation cost for construction of this new home is $246,000-$492,000. Of this amount, $7,500 will be allocated as priority benefit, which is not considered tax-deductible. The remainder of the payment may be considered a tax-deductible donation.

The three-bedroom vacation home plan has a large living/dining area, complete kitchen, two baths, a fireplace and a large donor closet. These cabins will be approximately 1,400 square feet and will sleep 7 people. Donation cost for construction of this new home is $176,500-$353,000. Of this amount, $7,500 will be allocated as priority benefit, which is not considered tax-deductible. The remainder of the payment may be considered a tax-deductible donation.
